Terms and Conditions for Free Battery Replacement Program
These terms and conditions govern your eligibility for the free battery replacement program associated with your vehicle. By participating in this program, you agree to adhere to the stipulations outlined herein.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the free battery replacement option, your vehicle's insured value will be assessed. All vehicles insured through insurance companies via Zlata Resources Sdn Bhd will automatically qualify for Sejamas Battery Replacement Program.
2. Extra Charges
Upon subscribing to your insurance policy with Zlata, you can immediately book your slot for FREE battery by choosing your location at any one of our participating partners. During booking of slot, you will be required to pay a fee of RM70.00 for diagnosis, installation & calibration. If you require us to deliver to your location, an extra fee of RM30.00 will be charged for delivery on top of the RM70.00.
3. Subsidized Replacement Terms
Zlata will fully subsidize vehicles insured through Zlata as an insurance agency for its' principal insurance companies, to qualify for a FREE battery replacement.
4. Approval Process
To participate in the battery replacement program, you must submit your vehicle details at the link here. Our team will evaluate the submitted information and send a formal quotation to you on your insurance policy price.
5. Battery Replacement Program
The program is in collaboration with Sejamas Battery Replacement Program. Please refer to www.sejamas.com for information on the program.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service is registered. By partaking in the program, you agree to resolve any disputes under the provisions of these laws.
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms set forth. If you do not agree with these terms, kindly refrain from enrolling in the battery replacement program.
